Who’s it for? The KaiFit Strength Training 101 program is ideal for beginners of all ages and abilities.  So whether you’re getting back into exercise after taking some time off or someone with zero experience with weight training, this class will meet you where you are and provide you with the tools that will create a stronger, more powerful you.  We guarantee it!

Unlike many facilities, we limit our class size to four people for beginner level classes. This allows us to maintain the highest quality instruction and supervision of our clients, which results in a highly effective and safe learning environment. Our small classes also allow us to scale the program to meet each participant’s unique needs and level.

The KaiFit Strength Training 101 program is the product of over 25 years of professional education and experience teaching clients the fundamentals of strength training–it covers everything from form to technique to understanding the “why,” so you’ll be able to carry that know-how forward into your workouts for decades to come.

At the end of the class series, clients will be able to move on to an all-levels class or semi-group training or try strength training on their own.
